Mrs. Liliane Affiavi Francisco

Mrs. Francisco is the owner of the flats that are provided for overnight stays for visitors to the farm. Through her commitment, she makes it possible for many interns or trainees to have a flat as accommodation. But visitors can also rent a room or flat for several days.

Mr Gildas Lamissi
(Coordinator)

Mr. Lamissi is a full-time teacher and is usually responsible for coordinating the entire farm. He also teaches the interns various subjects such as agriculture, biology, animal husbandry and agricultural science.
He may also be involved in planning and implementing projects that help the interns apply their knowledge and skills in the field.
In some cases, Mr. Lamissi may also be responsible for the care of animals and plants at the farm and help with the daily work at the farm to give the students hands-on experience. Overall, he plays a very important role in the farm in the development and education of students in the field of animal husbandry and can thus make an important contribution to the future of the farm.

Mr Marius Kotanou (Veterinarian)

Mr Marius is our vet. He is responsible for the health and welfare of the animals. He carries out regular examinations to detect diseases at an early stage and treats injured or sick animals. The vet vaccinates the animals, monitors their nutrition and makes recommendations to improve animal husbandry conditions. He also advises the farmer on animal health issues and assists in the implementation of hygiene and biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks.

Miss Judith Gloria Orou-Dama
(CEO of the Tank Business)

Ms Orou-Dama is the manager of the tank business and looks after the business operations on the farm. This includes controlling the production and sale of agricultural products, customer care and maintaining relationships with suppliers. Bookkeeping and financial management also fall within her remit. To be successful, the manager must be flexible and able to communicate well with the farm's staff, customers and partners.

Mr. Edaulix Agandan
(Breeding Technician)

Mr Agandan is the breeding technician and takes responsibility for the electronic machines for breeding the animals. He is responsible for planning and implementing breeding programmes. He works closely with the farmer to set breeding goals and select the best breeding animals. The breeding technician carries out genetic analyses to assess the quality of the animals and identify possible improvements. He monitors the breeding progress by collecting and evaluating data on traits such as growth, milk yield or meat quality. Based on this information, the breeding technician makes decisions on mating and selecting breeding animals for offspring. His goal is to optimise the genetic diversity and performance of the animal herd and to specifically improve the desired traits.
